I needed more examples to understand bloom's yet I really enjoyed the demos and I learned a lot from team's feedback... i need to work on my tunality and to consider the kinesthetic person.

The session was extremely interesting , I was late due to my quiz but I enjoyed the tips about ADHD and Autism . I enjoyed the personal test and its reflection and I get to understand my kinds of learning intelligences along with the team :D

Reflections for third TOT session : (11/5/2014)

I really enjoyed that session yet it made me feel afraid of the so many types I need to focus on during teaching . However , I am still excited . Th activity this time was much fun and related and looking firward to knowing about coming session of how to deal with children with ADHD and Autism <3

My teaching philosophy B| (take#1)

All my life In school , I have been a clever student or apparently one with excellent grades . Yet I don't remember that I enjoyed my school years or understood much of what I took . And yes I respected all my sessions , homework and teachers yet I seldom loved any of those.So for me school was generally a boring place we have to go to just because we have to . Then I joined college and there there was a student activity called AYB "alshanek ya balady aka for You my country" , we went to poor areas to teach kids how to behave in society and how to read and write. There and just there in second session for us with the kids I met the magical moment , a kid made what we exactly taught him about cleanliness and respect and I fell in love with that moment ... I fell in love with its effect. I decided since then that one day I would be a teacher , the kind of teacher I always wanted to have , the kind of teacher that would make you love what You do and let be proudly who you are.

For me teaching is about giving students and myself the chance to learn with our own styles , way and environment where knowledge is about fun , reality , understanding and adventure.

I love teaching arts , crafts and language specially english while really enjoying it. I can teach things about technology , engineering and soft skills. I have tried so far teaching children soft skills in AYB , I have given arts and crafts training for Three times to college student ,  I have done two trainings about communication and presentation skills to college students and finally I gave one training to fundraisers about networking.

My main objectives for teaching is that everyone in the session including me gets to practice all what is said and discussed in the lesson while being ourselves and in our own way.

My main method for teaching is through exploring things , trial and error , discussions and activities that emphasize the idea ... So that the knowledge is understood , digested and enjoyed.

These approaches allow them and myself to conclude the information and explore more about it and even add a new meaning to it , this can be done through activities , structural crafting , physical interactions , musical inserting , verbal communicating and reading.

I like using all tools that help me reach my objectives and goals , so I don't mind using technology on the other side I really love sharing unique technological ideas  and using them for better result , as videos , machines , interesting shapes , written quotes and words , emphasizing main point . I also like using touchable tools as paper , charts and structures during the activities.

Measuring my performance could be by direct personal feedback from students , mates or boss , it can also be by recording my own main points during the session and analyzing the problems I faced , audio recording could also help if possible. Making a quick assessment , recap or activity that sums up the percentage of understanding of the topic for each student at the end of the session , could also help me a lot. I also like reading books with case studies to compare my actions in some certain situations to what others did and learn something out of that.I prefer when somebody observes my work and directly feedback me as this really develops us both.

Finally I enjoy everything about teaching and most experience concerned with it and I believe that's where I belong.

It was better than the first session due to the usage of videos and more reflections ,and more activities were inserted yet the activities weren't clear enough and so they need to have clearer rules and objectives conducted at the beginning :D

It was fun overall and I enjoyed sharing and discussion with team yet we needed more activities beside the ball game.
